Challenging the Norm

We’re all used to the cookie cutter coffee shop’s selling coffee and food while offering free wifi for their customers.  Now, what if shops charged for the time customers actually sit in the shop and gave free food and wifi? A coffee shop stepped out the box and did just that. It roasts its own coffee and provides food and wifi- for FREE.  You’re  paying for the time you spend in the shop. They took a successful business model and gave it their own spin. Would love to compare their numbers with a regular cookie cutter coffee shop.
