Turning Customer’s In- Store Experience to Numbers
Apple has found a way to track a shoppers in- store experience. Using the iBeacon app, it tracks the customer’s movement as they navigate the store and sends the information to the retailer. The retailer can now pinpoint which item works best in different parts of the store and properly adjust based on the results. As @BW stated: It’s as if you just added Google (GOOG) Analytics to your physical store. They can view accurate results and adjust their marketing tools effectively. This is a MUST for all retailers looking to expand their business and increase sales based on customer’s experience.
